Research Scientist, Antibody
This position requires the candidate to have the capability of reagent antibody discovery strategy design and troubleshooting. Extensive experiences in antibody discovery and validation are preferred. The candidate will work closely with production teams for reagent antibody discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong process development and QC platform with state-of-the-art capability for zebrafish antibody discovery.
- Provide technical solutions to project management and production teams, and provide guidance with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Responsible for upgrading and optimizing zebrafish antibody discovery platform.
- Responsible for providing the training of zebrafish antibody discovery to qualified personnel with less experience and optimizing production processes.
- Participate in advising reagent antibody discovery-related strategies and businesses.
Basic Qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D. with 2-3 years of experience in the antibody discovery field.
- Familiar with antibody discovery technologies and methods in related experimental platforms.
- Antibody discovery-related work experience in CRO or bio-tech companies is preferred.
- Ability to use existing and newly acquired scientific knowledge and skills for troubleshooting.
- Innovative, responsive, and proactive.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in team management.
