With our cutting-edge technology and advanced research methods, we aim to provide you with accurate and comprehensive results that can help you make informed decisions about your supplement products.

Everyone feels tired from time to time. But fatigue means feeling severely overtired. Extreme fatigue makes it hard to get up in the morning, go to work, do your usual activities and make it through your day. Fatigue feels like you have an overwhelming urge to sleep, but you may not feel refreshed after you rest or sleep. In recent years, dietary supplements have emerged as a popular solution. As the demand for fatigue-fighting supplements has grown, so too have the efforts of manufacturers to develop effective formulas. These supplements are designed to address the root causes of fatigue, offering ways to boost energy levels, enhance endurance, and improve overall vitality.

Before launching any fatigue-fighting supplement, it's crucial to undergo scientific evaluation. This not only helps to develop a robust marketing strategy but also ensures that consumers trust your product and you gain an edge in the competitive market.

Our Zebrafish-based Scientific Evaluation of Fatigue Relief

Sodium sulfite consumes oxygen in the water through chemical reactions, causing zebrafish hypoxia in the water and inducing hypoxic fatigue. Therefore, we use sodium sulfite to induce hypoxic fatigue in zebrafish.

When zebrafish is exposed to insufficient oxygen levels, its overall spontaneous activity tends to decrease. During this time, its muscle glycogen reserves are utilized through anaerobic glycolysis, generating lactic acid as a byproduct. The accumulation of lactic acid in its muscles can subsequently result in a decrease in muscle contraction ability and overall exercise performance.

At Creative Biogene, we divide the zebrafish into three groups, including a vehicle control group, a model group and a dietary supplement group. After adding sodium sulfite and your products for a period time, we evaluate the potential of your dietary supplements in relieving fatigue by measuring total distance traveled, lactate level, ROS level and ATP level in zebrafish. Details are as follows.
